years. Pictured here are some items that were limited
editions, special order only and some that are still available
today.
For physical
challenges We have been making many different knives
for those persons with only one arm (sometimes referred to as a "handicap" knife). Pictured here
are two of the latest made custom knives requested but other
models can be made. The top knife
allows you to cut and then pick up the food with one hand
comfortably with a small "fork" on the tip of the blade. The
second is an ergonomically correct bread knife. These are by
special order factory direct only. Custom knives can be made
by request if time permits.

restrictions. Here is a custom order Trout and Bird
Flat Grind, Stainless Hi-Carbon Steel Blade, with oatmeal coloured high lustre fossilized oosik
handle (walrus penis bone) that was a special order. Oosik approx 10,000 yrs old.
